The firm is based at Mwenge Opposite TRA-Kinondoni Regional, Dar es Salaam.

The firm was founded and is headed by Mr. Alfred Octavian Lyaruu, a renowned lawyer, who is an Advocates of the High Court of Tanzania and Subordinate Courts save to Primary Court, legal practitioner and researcher. Apart from serving as a part-time arbitrator/umpire in several arbitrations, they have been involved in a number of consultations besides representing clients in courts and tribunals in several cases.
