Competition Law

In 2020 the Parliament Amended the Fair Competition Act with a view to encourage competition in the economy by prohibiting restrictive trade practices, regulating monopolies, concentrations of economic power and prices and to protect the consumer. Through the office of the Commissioner for Fair Trade there has been created the Fair Trade Tribunal. The Firm has built capacity in this area so as to advise clients one matters pertaining to this legislation.
